Last updated September 1, 2026. This page explains what information Collect52 LLC ("Collect52," "we," "us") collects when you use this site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us — for example, your name, email address, and trading experience when you sign up for a plan, join our free newsletter, or send us a message through the Contact page. If you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect your subscription and billing history through Stripe, our payment processor — Collect52 never sees or stores your full card number. If you choose to connect a brokerage account, we receive read-only investment data as described below. We do not currently require you to create an account or connect a brokerage to browse this site.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, follow up about your plan or newsletter signup, operate your subscription, and improve the content on this site. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Third parties we work with

We use the following third-party providers to operate this site and deliver the service: Formspree processes our Get Started, newsletter, and Contact forms. Vercel hosts this site and may log standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance. Supabase is our database and account provider, storing your account information and subscription plan. Stripe processes payments for paid plans — Collect52 never sees or stores your full card number. Resend delivers account and pick emails on our behalf. If you choose to connect a brokerage account, SnapTrade provides that connection, as described below. None of these providers is authorized to use your information for anything beyond providing that service to us.

Brokerage connections are optional, read-only, and never give us the ability to move money or place trades. If you choose to connect a brokerage account (the dashboard works without one), we use SnapTrade, a third-party provider, to establish that connection. As explained in our disclaimer, you always execute your own trades directly through your own brokerage — SnapTrade cannot place trades or transfer funds. Through this connection we receive your account positions, balances, and trade activity, used only to show your real Positions, account value, and win rate on your dashboard. The credential SnapTrade issues to authenticate the connection is stored encrypted, never as readable text. You can disconnect at any time from your account settings, which also removes the connection on SnapTrade's end.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may use minimal, essential cookies or logs required to serve the site reliably.

Data retention

We retain information submitted through our forms for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of our communications, and we delete it sooner on request.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by reaching out through our Contact page. We'll respond and act on reasonable requests promptly.

Children's privacy

Collect52 is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under the age of 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site and our services evolve. We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever we do.
