Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us — for example, your name, email address, and trading experience when you sign up for a plan, join our free newsletter, or send us a message through the Contact page. We do not currently require you to create an account or connect a brokerage to browse this site.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, follow up about your plan or newsletter signup, and improve the content on this site. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Third parties we work with

Our Get Started, newsletter, and Contact forms are processed by Formspree, a third-party form-handling service, which receives the information you submit in order to deliver it to us. This site is hosted on Vercel, which may log standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance purposes. Neither service is authorized to use your information for anything beyond providing that infrastructure to us.

We never connect to or access your brokerage account. As explained in our disclaimer, you always execute your own trades through your own brokerage. If we introduce an optional, read-only brokerage connection in the future, that feature will come with its own explicit consent and an updated version of this policy before it collects any account data.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may use minimal, essential cookies or logs required to serve the site reliably.

Data retention

We retain information submitted through our forms for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of our communications, and we delete it sooner on request.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by reaching out through our Contact page. We'll respond and act on reasonable requests promptly.

Children's privacy

Collect52 is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under the age of 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site and our services evolve. We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever we do.
