Last updated August 17, 2026. These terms govern your use of the Collect52 website and any Free, Live, or Elite plan. By using this site or subscribing to a plan, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Collect52 LLC ("Collect52," "we," "us") operates this website and the educational research service described on it. See our disclaimer for what that service is and isn't.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or subscribe to a plan. By subscribing, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide us is accurate.
3. Not investment advice
Collect52 is an educational research service, not a registered investment advisor, broker, or fund. Nothing on this site — including scores, backtested statistics, and commentary — is personalized investment advice, and we never place trades on your behalf or have access to move money in your account. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. See our disclaimer for more detail.
4. Plans and billing
Free requires no payment. Live and Elite are paid subscriptions billed monthly, except that Live may also be billed annually at a discounted rate. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel anytime through your account settings or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods except where required by law. We may change our prices going forward; if we do, we'll give you notice before it applies to your next renewal.
5. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for any activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away through our Contact page if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to resell, redistribute, or publicly share paid content (including picks, scores, or dashboard data) outside your own use, not to attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the site or engine, and not to use the service for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual property
The site, the engine, our scoring methodology, and all content we publish are owned by Collect52 or our licensors. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use them — it doesn't transfer ownership of anything to you.
8. Third-party services
We use third-party providers (such as Formspree for forms and Vercel for hosting) to operate this site, and may in the future offer an optional, read-only brokerage connection through a third-party provider. See our privacy policy for how information is handled by those providers.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that any pick, score, or backtested statistic will predict future results, or that the site or engine will be available without interruption or error, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Collect52 is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any trading decision you make. Your use of this service, and any decision you make based on it, is at your own risk.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You can stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do, and material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
